The International Yoga College offers programs for 500 Hour yoga teacher certification and advanced personal study, through two core curriculum training’s each year.

500 hour teacher certification can be accomplished by completion of:

200 hour certification with an IYC approved or Yoga Alliance registered program
160 hours, core curriculum courses offered through four training modules
100 hours, specialization (courses with IYC and independent study)
40 hours, electives (courses with IYC or other teachers)
18 hours, practicum

The Core Curriculum Trainings consist of two 10-day Modules offered over the course of a calendar year. In order to qualify for the 500 hour Certificate, you must complete the two Modules within a one-year period.

Each Applicant will have an IYC Faculty advisor assigned as a mentor throughout the studies and 500 hour certificate.
